Dr Kathryn HahnVeterinarian

Dr. Kathryn Hahn graduated from Ontario Veterinary College and established the Hurontario Veterinary Hospital in 1995. She enjoys working with both dogs and cats, and has a special love for senior pets. Working with older pets takes patience and understanding, and she takes great joy in seeing them happy and comfortable. Dr. Hahn’s love for animals can be seen with her and her husband’s current pets, the Golden Retriever duo, “Lachlan” and “Abbey”, and their two kitty friends, “O.C.” and “Mr. Winky”.

Dr Nacy SwiftVeterinarian

Dr. Nacy Swift completed her undergraduate degree in Biological Science from the University of Guelph in 1998, and graduated with honours from the Ontario Veterinary College in 2003. Practicing veterinary medicine is something she has wanted to do since she was 8 years old. It is a challenging, rewarding profession of which she is proud to be a part of. Dr. Swift has a special interest in dentistry. Dr. Swift and her 2 children are kept busy with their kitty “Ivy”.

Dr Rachel CostinVeterinarian

Dr. Rachel Costin graduated from the Ontario Veterinary College after completing her Bachelor of Science degree at McMaster University. Dr. Costin developed a love for animals from a young age. Veterinary medicine has allowed her to pursue her passion for providing thoughtful and compassionate care for patients and their families. She has a particular interest in dermatology and internal medicine. Dr. Costin spends her free time hiking with her Retriever mix, “Rosie”

Marta DobrezenieckaRegistered Veterinary Technician

Marta joined the Hurontario Veterinary team in May 2017. With many years of hands-on experience, she has developed a deep understanding and passion for providing top notch care to your furry friends. At home, she is a proud cat parent to two adorable kitties named Milo and Ollie. They bring so much joy and companionship into her life, and she strives to extend that same level of love and care to all animals she encounters in her profession. When she’s not busy caring for animals, you can often find her exploring the great outdoors, hiking being one of her favorite activities.

Daniela OvermeyerReceptionist

Daniela joined the Hurontario Veterinary team in June 2020. She graduated from the Animal Care program at Sheridan College in 2005 and has been in the veterinary field ever since. She takes pride in supporting our pet parents and patients to ensure they feel comfortable and cared for. At home, she has 2 furry feline children named Donna and Kiwi. In her spare time, Daniela enjoys exploring and photographing the outdoors and finding new places for hiking adventures with her husband. One of her biggest passions is travelling to new places around the world.

Patricia AndocillaVeterinary Technician

Patricia graduated from the Veterinary Technician program at Sheridan College in 2021 and joined our team later that year. She knew at a young age that she wanted to work alongside animals and does her best to help our patients as well as their pet parents. She loves to spend her spare time with her friends, family and her Mini Goldendoodle, Butch.

Mark TagumasiVeterinary Assistant

Mark has worked with animals in many parts of the world, including Dubai! He has a special skill and kindness for working with stressed and fearful animals in the hospital. Mark focuses on keeping all of our patients as fear-free and comfortable as possible, which allows us to form trusting bonds with our patients. Mark spends his free time with his 2 daughters and wife.

Hailey HuynhVeterinary Assistant

Hailey graduated from the University of Guelph and completed her Bachelor of Science in 2023. She has always had an interest in taking care of animals and strives to help pet parents keep their precious pets happy and healthy! During her free time, she enjoys relaxing with her little Shih Tzu and tending to her plant collection.
