Appointments

Appointment Policy

Appointments are preferred, however walk in clients are welcome. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority followed by patients with previously scheduled appointments.

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time services are rendered. For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, Direct debit and cash

Patient Arrivals

For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the reception room or exam room. All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.

Check in forms

We check all submissions between 8-9am the following business day. If your pet is sick please call the clinic to book an appointment.
